Her innate ability to uncover and cultivate hidden gifts within everyone who crosses her path has been a guiding light throughout her journey. Beginning her career in the beauty industry as a hairstylist, aesthetician, and makeup artist, Kristy soon felt drawn to make a deeper impact.
With a diverse background spanning various industries, Kristy’s career has been defined by her passion for connecting with clients and illuminating new perspectives. Kristy found this opportunity by transitioning into the fitness industry.
During this time, she served as a personal trainer, kettlebell instructor, and nutrition coach, while also sharing her expertise through writing for fitness and wellness publications, including Kettlebell Magazine.
It was the profound realization that many individuals, herself included, sought fitness solutions for deeper life challenges that pulled Kristy in a new direction. This pivotal insight led her to the behavioral health industry, where she obtained certification in life coaching with specialized training in recovery, ADHD and Autism.
While working within behavioral health, Kristy noticed a significant gap between healthcare, wellness, and recovery sectors. Motivated to bridge this divide, she founded Coach This Life—a practice dedicated to empowering individuals across all aspects of life. Coach This Life goes beyond mere goal-setting and pep talks; it’s a transformative journey towards realizing one’s purpose, recognizing intrinsic worth, and unlocking untapped potential.
